Our frame & suspension system is warranted to be free of defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal residential care and use.

This warranty is only valid to the original owner as long as the furniture is upholstered in its original fabric. For slipcovered furniture, this is the fabric that covers the base of the piece.

Fabrics, with their diverse textures, patterns, and comforts, significantly contribute to the aesthetic and sensory experience of upholstered furniture. However, the very nature of textile fibers and weaves brings about certain characteristics that, while sometimes perceived as imperfections, are intrinsic to the fabric's structure and composition.

Fabrics are warranted for a period of three months against defective material or workmanship, as well as unusual wear resulting from normal residential use and care. Fabrics are traditionally not guaranteed against wear, fading, or shrinking, which are often influenced by environmental conditions and usage patterns rather than material quality.

Pilling: The formation of small, fuzzy balls on the surface of fabric is common in textiles with short fibers and softer yarns, like wool, cotton, polyester, and blends. This is a natural result of friction during regular use. Over time, with normal wear and maintenance, pilling will decrease as excess fibers are released. Pilling is not indicative of defective fabric or poor craftsmanship and does not compromise durability. The quickest way to remove pills is using a fabric shaver.

Pile Direction: Certain fabrics like velvets or chenilles may exhibit changes in appearance after use, known as "nap." These shifts are characteristic of the specific weave and texture and are not defects. Normal packaging may cause the pile to compress—this can be resolved by steaming and brushing with a soft-bristle brush.

Not Covered: This warranty does not cover COM (Customer's Own Material) fabrics, fabric slubs (customary in woven fabrics), stretching from normal use, damage from fabric protection treatments or chemical applications, heavy soiling, improper cleaning, or machine washing of cushion & pillow covers (except pre-washed slipcovered styles).

Foam core technology has dramatically improved over the last few years, and we feel that cushioning is where comfort and longevity come from. We warrant our cushions not to collapse for the stated warranty period under normal residential care and use:

• 2 Years 1.8 Density
• 5 Years 2.0 Density
• 10 Years 2.5 Density

All foam and filling materials will soften and conform to the shape of users—this is considered normal and is not a defect. All seat cushions & back pillows must be maintained on a regular basis to promote appearance & even wear.

Seams are reinforced using the latest technology in sewing. Any defects in workmanship should appear within the first 6 months of usage.

We warrant our seams to be free of defects due to faulty workmanship (seam slippage) for a period of 6 months under normal residential care & use.

All measurements are approximate within a tolerance of up to 1" per dimension due to the handmade nature of our products.

Products in which any defects described in these warranties occur will be repaired or replaced at our option. If repair or replacement is not practical, alternate financial remuneration may be paid or the product may be substituted.

If a product is found defective under warranty provisions, all repair work will be performed by ICON at no charge to the original purchaser, exclusive of shipping or delivery costs. During the warranty period, the original purchaser is solely responsible for any shipping or delivery costs incurred.

This warranty is rendered inapplicable if the product is subjected to misuse, alteration, fire, improper cleaning, negligence of reasonable maintenance, or accidents.
