Our Construction

Every piece of ICON furniture is built with meticulous attention to detail, using only the finest materials and time-honored construction techniques that ensure lasting comfort and durability.

Frame & Springs

Our frames feature single piece construction rigidity using kiln-dried solid wood. No particle board or plywood is used. All joints are fully corner blocked & reinforced. The seat suspension features a premium woven webbing.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Seat Foam & Wrap

Our standard high-density seat foam is available in Soft, Medium, or Firm comfort levels. Each foam core is wrapped with generous layers of Kodel fiber for added comfort. Optional 2.0 density HR foam or Premium Lifetime 2.5 density HR foam is also available. Optional pillow fill using "Trillium" or "10/90" blends are available for exceptional comfort.

Back Pillow Fill

Our back pillows are filled with premium polyester fiber that has been combed (garnetted) and folded to the specific dimensions of each pillow case for proper loft & fit. This process gives each pillow added resilience & a more aesthetically pleasing finish. Optional "Trillium" or "10/90" blends are available for exceptional comfort.

Seams

Standard seam construction is determined by the specific style chosen. Standard seam styles feature welt cord or top stitch construction depending on the style and type of fabric selected. Our skilled craftspeople ensure every seam is precise and durable.
