The current estimated timeframe for any order is approx. 8-10 weeks. The timeframe begins when we have all necessary information for the order, have sent you an Order Confirmation via email, and any required deposit has been processed. Note that timeframes are estimates provided by our workrooms, and cannot be guaranteed.

All orders are picked up via Will Call at one of our workrooms in the Los Angeles area. When your order is ready, you will receive the information for where it can be picked up. If you are in need of a reference for a delivery or shipping company, we may be able to offer one depending on your location.

Yes. Please check with us the yardage needed for your order, and we will let you know where to have it sent. It is important that the Packing Slip include your company name along with the order sidemark, so that our team is able to identify it accurately and easily. Note that we are unable to return any unused yardage. C.O.M. is priced as a grade 2 fabric, unless it needs matched. If so, please send us the repeat of the fabric along with a picture so that we can confirm it can be done. Matched fabrics are priced as a grade 3, unless an additional charge is required based on the difficulty involved.

Yes! In the Fabrics section of the Dealer Dashboard, you'll find a button that allows you to select up to 8 swatches that we will send wherever you would like. Swatches are approx. 3" x 3" cuttings.
